A traditional style restaurant with traditional dishes and European dishes. For lunch, we had the mixed grilled fish platter and the house salad. This was more than enough for 2 to share. Refreshing local beer. Waiting staff are a bit brusque and you can’t sit where you want even if the table is clear. Then moments later we watched another couple being put into the seats that we originally wanted. As a customer we had no choice. Also gave you the menu and seemed narked that you didn’t order 60 seconds later! Worth a visit and hopefully it will be a little more welcoming and not so like a production line ie “get em in & get em out!”

This is my favourite restaurant….take the specials even if you don’t understand Spanish... It has the best food and the service is second to none. The portions are amazing and you never leave hungry. As a small tip from me…try the seafood soup...your life never be the same. If you’re allergic to seafood….the the canary soup is also amazing.

We were passing through La Santa and in need of food. La Santa itself didn't look to inviting/promising a town but we stopped. This was a great little restaurant, excellent quality food at a great price. Recommended

Mixed paella was ok, but too much meat for me. My fault tho for ordering a mixed paella, just assumed it would be mixed seafood but overall was ok!

As a local with plenty of experience in Canarian cuisine, I can say this place is truly authentic — no tourist versions, just real traditional food. Definitely try a few tapas, especially the Papas arrugadas with mojo. Tip: inland order meat, on the coast always go for seafood.

The paella was delicious and a very large portion (enough to take home for a future meal). The prawn cocktail starter was a great addition . The staff were accommodating and very attentive.
